Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching supports people living with psychosocial disability to build skills, confidence, and stability — with a strong focus on recovery and capacity-building, not just “doing tasks for you”.
What a Recovery Coach does
A Psychosocial Recovery Coach can help you to:
-
Strengthen recovery goals and build resilience through a respectful, recovery-oriented approach
-
Identify, plan, design, and coordinate your supports so they work together in real life
-
Stay engaged with supports when things fluctuate — including extra support during tough periods and stepping back when you’re stable
-
Improve day-to-day functioning such as routines, community participation, and connections with services
-
Support work and study goals by helping manage stressors, planning supports, and liaising (with your consent) when things change
-
Why choose our Recovery Coaching
We understand that mental health can be episodic. Our approach is flexible and practical — focused on what helps you feel safe, steady, and able to move forward.
